Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are offered only in the case of a verifiable fulfilment error on our part. Any such claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

We ship within Ireland only. Delivery timescales are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

What we collect: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and any research purpose or notes you provide. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not collect or store payment card data.

Why we collect it: Solely to process and fulfil your order, and to comply with our legal obligations.

How long we keep it: Order records are retained until delivery is confirmed, after which personal details (name, email, address) are redacted. All records are fully anonymised within 12 months of the order date regardless of status.
